关于2022/2023年度中国政府奖学金年度评审的通知

各位同学：

2022/2023学年中国政府奖学金年度评审工作已经开始，我们将对持有中国政府奖学金的同学进行评审，通过审核的同学才有资格继续获得下学年奖学金。请大家认真阅读通知并按时完成系统内线上自评。

The 2022/2023 annual review for Chinese Government Scholarship Status has been started. We will review your study status to check if you are qualified to continue having scholarship for next academic year. Please read the notice carefully and finish the CSC system online self-assessment on time.

(2)完成系统内自评截止日期为北京时间2022年4月27日零点。

The deadline for submitting documents is 00:00, April 27，Beijing Time.

*注意事项Notes：

           1. 如遇到下列情况，请联系本学院联络老师：

（1） 忘记申请时的密码和邮箱无法登录CSC系统；

（2） 系统所需上传的附件，如成绩单等学院可提供的材料。

If you forget your password and cannot log in to the CSC website, please contact the college teacher. The email addresses of the teachers of each college are as follows:

3.无故不按时完成系统内自评视为放弃下一年度奖学金。

Students who do not finish the self-assessment in the CSC system as required on time will be cancelled the scholarship for 2022/2023.

4.此次评审关系到你下一学年的奖学金，请务必认真对待。

The annual review is related to your scholarship for the next academic year. Please take it seriously.

5.最终评审结果将由CSC发布文件后由学校通过邮箱通知学生本人（仅通知未通过者），未通过评审的学生将自动转为自费生一年（所有费用自理），第二年继续参加评审。连续两年未通过评审的学生将被取消奖学金资格。

The final results will be decided by CSC, and then BTBU will inform the students through email (only those who fail to pass the evaluation will be informed). The students who fail to pass the evaluation will be automatically transferred to self-funded students for one year (all expenses will be paid by themselves), and they will continue to participate in the evaluation the following year. Students who fail to pass the assessment for two consecutive years will be disqualified from the scholarship.
