Dear International students,

2022年中秋节假期即将来临！根据学校安排，2022年9月10日（星期六）至9月12日（星期一）放假。现将疫情要求和安全注意事项提示通知如下：

The Mid-Autumn Festival holiday of 2022 is coming. According to university arrangement, the holiday is from 10th September 2022 (Saturday) to 12nd September 2022 (Monday).  Regulations on Covid-19 epidemic prevention and  safety precautions are now notified as follows:

在京学生要做到“非必要不离校”、“非必要不离京”。校内学生身体健康状况异常，应第一时间告知辅导员。

Students in Beijing should stick to the principle “No leave from the university unless necessary and no leave from Beijing unless necessary”.  Inform your counselor in the first instance of any changes to your health condition.

安全提示

1. 防火Fire Prevention

宿舍内禁止吸烟，禁止使用明火和违章电器，禁止存放易燃、易爆和有毒物品，注意消防安全。

Do not smoke in the dorm. No fire and electronic cookers,etc. in dorms. No storage of flammable, explosive and toxic materials in dorm, and pay attention to fire safety.

我国对电动车火灾防范已经纳入日常综合治理的工作范畴，电动自行车不得放入厅堂房屋，尤其是有人员居住的区域，充电必须到规定的充电桩区域充电，严禁在室内和房间内充电，也不得“飞线”充电。

Fire prevention of electric vehicles has been included in the daily comprehensive management work in CHina. Electric bicycles must not be placed in halls, especially in areas where people live. Charging is required to be done in the certain charging pile area. It is strictly prohibited to charge indoors and in rooms. Do not connect the power strip from the room when charging.

2. 防盗Anti-theft

妥善保管个人财物、证件等贵重物品，离开宿舍及时关窗锁门，不要轻易将房间钥匙交给他人，以免被盗。所住房间不得私自转让、转租或留宿他人。避免陌生人进入宿舍。

Take good care of personal belongings, ID and other valuables. Shut windows and lock the door before leaving dorms and do not give room keys to others to avoid theft. Rooms are not permitted to rent to others and no visitors overnight. Avoid strangers get into rooms.

3. 防诈骗 Anti-fraud

近来社会上诈骗类案件高发，犯罪分子利用各种方式进行诈骗。比如：利用手机短信、电话诈骗；通过微信等网络账号，以聊天方式进行诈骗。请大家提高自我防范意识，切勿轻信陌生人以各种名义借钱、借物、购买物品的谎言，不要轻信不明对象的可疑信息、电话；不把自己信息透露给陌生人，以免上当受骗；

Be aware of different kinds of fraud. Such as frauds via short messages, phonecalls, QQ, wechat, and other contact tools. Do not lend money to strangers, answer or reply to strange numbers; do not reveal personal information to strangers and increase the awareness of self-protection.

4. 保险Insurance

在假期生病或发生意外时，就医前请务必先拨打保险公司电话（4008105119）进行询诊。门诊治疗学生先支付，后期材料快递救援公司进行垫付报销。如果病情确实需住院治疗，请拨打保险公司电话申请公司垫付。

If you need to see a doctor during the holiday, you should first call the insurance service hotline (4008105119) before going to the public hospital. Otherwise, your claim may not be settled. You need to pay first for the outpatient treatment, and then get refudn by sending the materials to the insurance company.For those who need operation or hospitalization, please call the insurance service hotline to apply for the pre-payment service.

5. 其他Others

严禁赌博、酗酒、打架斗殴、吸毒涉毒、非法就业、夜不归宿等行为，禁止酒后滋事，不在非宗教场所进行传教及宗教聚会性活动。

No gambling, excessive drinking, fights, illegal employment, staying out all nightetc. Drugs are forbidden.No missionary or religious gathering in non-religious venues.
